Later this year Fitbit Air users will see insulin resistance and blood pressure trends when they subscribe to Google Health Premium, expanding the reach of these metrics beyond the watch line. The subscription also includes access to personalized workout plans that match the user’s health data. These plans are generated using AI to suggest realistic activity goals.
