What Is Evernote About?

Evernote helps you focus on what matters most and have access to your information when you need it. Input typed notes or scan handwritten notes. Add to-do’s, photos, images, web pages, or audio and it’s all instantly searchable. Create notebooks, organizers, planners. Organize notes any way you want and share with anyone. And Evernote syncs your notes and notebooks across your devices so your information is always with you, everywhere you go.

Evernote Features:

  • Synchronization across devices: Evernote allows users to sync their notes, documents, and files across multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. This ensures that users have access to their information anytime, anywhere.
  • Web Clipper: Evernote’s Web Clipper feature enables users to save web pages, articles, and PDFs directly to their Evernote account. This makes it easy to collect and organize information from various online sources in one central location.
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR): Evernote’s OCR feature can recognize text within images, including handwritten notes and printed documents, making it searchable within the app. This allows users to quickly find information, even if it is embedded in an image.
  • Tags and notebooks: Evernote offers a robust organizational system through the use of tags and notebooks. Users can create multiple notebooks for different projects, categories, or themes, and assign tags to individual notes for easy search and retrieval.
  • Collaboration and sharing: Evernote allows users to share notes and notebooks with other users, enabling collaboration on projects and documents. With the ability to leave comments, edit content, and track changes, teams can work together seamlessly within the app.
